This guy Kirk Gilchrist I mean this guy is something else. I've never had a realtor work this hard. last night he wanted to email paperwork to sign but the server was having problems. I kept telling Kirk to get rest and try tomorrow morning that he can't control the people working on the server and it was getting late. I've must have told him 3 times to get some rest and said he will. But guess what he still worked on getting me the paperwork which he did around 10:30 pm last night. Kirk is incredible he stays in contact with me answer all questions and honest he should get realtor of the year keep up the great work. And the paperwork he's getting together was for my benefit I just wanted to add that we closed on our house on the 19th of January and I got to say if anyone I know that want to buy a house I will send them to kirk great 👍 job

There are numerous choices of real estate agents. During my lifetime, I've sold & purchased 10+ homes. Speaking from experience, you'd be ill advised to deal with anyone else.

Agent didn't NOT have my beat interest in mind and cost me a property and money. Do NOT use this agency. Go into Watertown for an agent. This agency has lost all credibility and has gone downhill.

Mandy has been phenomenal, although I have not bought a house yet, working with her has been a joy, I've touched base with quite a few realtors from upstate NY, but Mandy Bray has been honest thorough, responsive, and very attentive. For specific homes where some other realtors have made it seem like the house is perfect and were very pushy for me to buy or put an offer, Mandy alternatively lists out the things I should keep in mind as well as the pros and the cons based on what I've told her I want, I can tell she wants you to get a good home and a good investment and is not greedy. Buying a house can be a stressful time, but working with someone like Mandy is making the process so much easier and enjoyable!

We were very lucky to get Beth as our realtor! She was awesome through this entire experience. She answered all questions and went above and beyond for us! I would recommend Beth to anyone! I give Beth 5 stars!

I put an offer in on a piece of land in Lyme Gail didn't do any professional job. Did not follow up with other agent.waited 3 weeks for a acceptance from sellers she did not do dilligence to get the offer signed.we could. not get conventional mortgage but would pay cash mid may. She cashed my deposit of 1000k before we had a signed contract which is completely illegal. I incurred a fee from my Bank.She was very rude our last phone call and I called back later and withdrew our offer.it was an true disappointment for us. I do not recommend Gail Miller to be anyone's broker.

First of all buying a house can be a very intimidating and stressful experience! Lake Ontario Realty eliminated all these feelings with our recent transaction. They took their time and answered all our questions and concerns. They listened to what was important to us and and presented us a portfolio of homes that fit our needs and budget. I asked a friend to recommend a realtor to market my mother's house on Three Mile Bay. He suggested Amanda Miller. Amanda provided me with several comps and other marketing information and came up with a selling price I felt good about. She was always responsive with call backs and emails.She advised us on staging the house and gave us other tips. I wasn't sure it would move in the off season, and we might have to wait until Spring, but we closed last month! Thanks Amanda and Lake Ontario Real estate!

Lake Ontario Realty was recommended to us by an outside realtor in 2015 . Amanda sold our house within a week in a not so hot market. I’d recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy or sell in the North Country. Professional and simply right on top of their game!

I called and asked to look at a few houses in 2018. I lived in the Fingerlakes at the time. So I wanted to look at 2 or 3 in one day. I was told they wanted to see my bank account prior to talking to me. I had purchased 8 houses prior to this. And never been treated so badly. So I called another company in the area. Within 4 days she set up 4 tours all for the same day. I put in an offer and we closed the next month. I would recommend steering clear of Lake Ontario Realty

A few years ago, Amanda helped us sell our home in Three Mile Bay. Amanda was spot on advising us on how to price our home to sell. We put it on the market in January, Amanda was honest with us that this was a tough time of year to sell our home. But, thanks to her perseverance, we sold and moved out at the end of March! Amanda was flawless from start to finish! I highly recommend Lake Ontario Reality.

Amazing experience as a first time homebuyer! Heather from Lake Ontario Realty accommodated us no matter what time or day of the week. She always provided thoughtful advice, met our absurd list of demands with ease, and was a true professional through and through!

My wife and I had tried a few good real estate people to sell our beautiful Grey Stone in Bkack River , NY. We ended up renting the home out , and with the lease coming close to and end, we had to make a decision. Sell or Rent.. I had know Amanda for quite some time, and Her real estate firm. So I Made the call to see when she thought it would be a good time to list the house, so we could kinda of have a new buyer in the home at the end of the lease. We were gonna sign a contract in a week or so. Guess what next day Amanda called and said they had a couple that wanted to see the home... Lori O'Brien showed the home Sat, was shown again Sunday, and then again on Monday..2 OFFERS Wow!! We sold the home in 3 days of listing. If your thinking of buying or Selling Don't delay.It was a real no effort No brainer for my wife and I Thank you Amanda Lori and STAFF

Amanda brokered an offer on our home within a week of it being on the market. She showed upas the interview with all of her homework done on our home and the local market.
